Although American Express credit card comes with annual fees, but the benefits are worth it. Today i will be doing the American Express credit card review.​

I am a regular user od credit cards and i have now gained a lot of knoeledege on how to actually save money from crdit cards and use them correctly
Usually people have a fear or maybe apprehension (even i had earlier) that american express credit cards are costly, after all americal express gold credit card comes with an annual fees. Who the hell likes annual fees, i dont, i am an indian i dont like any fees

But see quality has a price. If you are going for a 5 star hotel and expect the prices to be like Oyo rooms then you will obviously get dissapointed. Similarly, with American express gold charge card you get amazing benefits and the annual fees is worth it.

Amex Gold card offers 1,000 bonus points just for using your credit card four times per month, but yes the minimum transaction amount needs to be atleast Rs 1,000. Now if you do this for next 12 months , you will get 12,000 points. Now these points when converted into indian moentary rupees can easily be used effectiely. You wont get a better deal than this one.
You get 1,000 points just for swipig yoru card for Rs 4,000 /month​

 

American express gold card offers, rewards and benefits in India

There are multiple ways of spending those Rs 4,000 or doing four transaction using your american express gold card to be eligible for the 1,000 point benefit

• Either you can use your card for all the online purchases you make which is above Rs 1,000
• Load up your Amazon Pay balance , Paytm Wallet or freecharge Wallet (like me) four time and then use the wallet for making any purchases. By swiping four times for updating the wallet, you make sure that you are definitely eligible for the bonus points

​Apart form the bonus point you will also get regular reward points for using the card.
You can then use these points for various offers and save more money.​

American express gold caredit card is a charge card, what that means is that you will have to pay the entire amount in full every month. Now this might be a convenience for you or not, for me i like it.
Since i have never ever paid any interets charges, so i can manage with such cards. I do not keep any balance​

Disadvantages or Drawbacks of American Express Gold credit card in India

The only area where amex gold card lacks is the lack of acceptance at offline shopping outlets. For online transactions it works the best but for shopping outlets it faulters. For that we have other alternatives that you can use.

Amex gold card offers free 4000 extra points if you sue the cards three times within the 60 dyas of its arrival. So in a way you are already getting this card for free for first year , after you convert those points into indian rupees

Amex credit card also offers you extar 5000 points just to renew the card next year. But renewal will come aftre one year, why make that decision right now. Fill the Amex gold card application form and get one for yourself. ​
